What a nice surprise. Do try their garlic shrimp and amejoas a Bulhao Pato, both dishes were very tasty and flavoursome. Real Belgian chips, nicely fried, not oily like the english slap chips, they were the best I have tasted in Cascais. The bread was fresh and crispy, really nice to dunk it into the garlic sauce. The home made cheese cake was very good. The owners are very pleasant and polyglot. Toilets were clean. To be repeated.

A very cozy restaurant in Cascais. Despite the fact that we arrived a bit late, the owner welcomed us in a very nice way. All the time spent there, she was super careful about our needs and asked if everything was of our liking. The dishes we ordered were super tasty and the fish very fresh. The environment, despite the small dimensions of the restaurant, is very nice and well organized. Thanks for the experience! I recommend this restaurant without any doubt!

Hidden Gem in Cascais Nestled away from the tourist hubs of Cascais, we stumbled upon a quaint family restaurant that turned out to be a hidden gem that open for just 2 years and guided by the seasoned hands of a chef with 20 years of experience. Glad that we discovered this restaurant through Google reviews. Our culinary journey at this family-owned restaurant was a feast for the senses. The grilled sea bass was a showstopper, perfectly cooked with a delightful balance of flavors. The shrimp and squid skewer showcased the freshness of the seafood, while the seafood rice was a symphony of taste and texture. The grilled wild fish and Portuguese-style beef tenderloin steak lived up to the local culinary reputation. The seafood rice was so nice that we couldn't resist indulging in a second serving. Undoubtedly the best meal of our Portugal trip. Beyond the exceptional cuisine, the warm and attentive service provided by the charming elderly couple added a personal touch to our dining experience. Their kindness and friendliness elevated the overall ambiance. The delightful experience didn't end with the last bite. We were so taken by the warmth of the hosts that we requested to capture the moment with a photo together – a sweet conclusion to a memorable meal.

This is THE BEST meal we’d had in Cascais, period. Family owned, this is NOT a tourist trap like many of the restaurants in town. We started with the bread and clams and both were phenomenal. Mind you, the ‘waiter’ was the husband/owner. His wife was the creator of this amazing menu. We all had some form of a seafood dish and every single dish was simply amazing! Simple, well prepared and delicious. I don’t often take the time to write reviews but this place deserves the hype and shout out for such a great meal. Would have gone again had we not left town the next day. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
